Safe handling of pressed components
Pressed components are transported from the press by conveyor belt systems and stacked in racks or heavy-duty boxes. They are then automatically transported to the pressed component store where they remain until they are required for further processing. Every stage uses Lödige technology — from end-of-line materials handling systems and rack handling, right through to automated storage of pressed components.
Tool maintenance made easy
Lödige offers tilting and lifting platforms for maintaining and repairing press tools. These platforms provide safe and ergonomic tool handling up to 40 tonnes. The tilt function provides optimum angles of inclination.

Tool handling in the press shop
A large number of different tool sets for different pressing tools are necessary in the press shop. In order to store these tool sets on roll containers in the minimum space, Lödige has developed a special tool handling storage system specifically for the automotive industry.
